End-to-End CAD Precision CAD and Routing Support

Scope of Work

Our team supported Truck’s brake system and vehicle control engineering division with CAD modeling, detailed design, and routing activities. The scope included bracket design, cabling and piping layouts, and integration of critical components within the truck architecture.

Key Contributions

• Developed CAD models for multiple assemblies and components within the brake and control systems.
• Designed and optimized the air dryer bracket for durability and ease of mounting.
• Created the spindle lock nut design (Commercial Truck application), ensuring strength and manufacturability.
• Engineered the auxiliary pusher controller bracket, tailored for compactness and vibration resistance.
• Executed cabling, piping, and routing layouts to ensure efficient packaging, minimal interference, and service accessibility.
• Conducted clearance checks and integration studies to validate fitment across assemblies.
• Prepared manufacturing drawings and supported cross-functional design reviews.
• Assisted in design modifications to align with the customer's product standards and lifecycle requirements.
