Design to Manufacturing: End-to-End Engineering Excellence

Scope of Work

Our team was responsible for end-to-end engine packaging design and installation support, including the development of mounting systems, exhaust after-treatment, and fuel system components. In addition to design, we also supported prototype development and supplied select parts through our manufacturing partners in India, ensuring both quality and cost efficiency.

Key Contributions

• Designed engine mounts for proper load distribution, vibration resistance, and ease of assembly.
• Developed the Exhaust Aftertreatment Unit system, ensuring compliance with emission standards and optimal packaging within limited space.
• Designed fuel filter brackets and fuel filler necks, focusing on durability, accessibility, and serviceability.
• Executed engine packaging studies and installation design to ensure smooth integration of all subsystems.
• Reverse-engineered and designed, from component-level drawings to assembly design.
• Supported manufacturing in India by producing and supplying critical components, combining engineering expertise with cost-effective sourcing.

The reverse-engineered components were successfully brought from concept to manufacturable product.
